The "open right now" line is worked out from the posted hours in Pacific time, so a reader never has to do the arithmetic. It knows nothing about statutory holidays or unscheduled closures, because the Village publishes no closure calendar — the posted hours are shown in full either way, and they remain correct with scripting turned off.
The dates the office is shut over and above the weekly hours. Without them, the 'open right now' line above will occasionally be wrong on a holiday — which is exactly why it should be published rather than assumed.
Whether the office entrance is step-free, where to park, and what to do if a resident cannot come in person. The Village is listed on the BC Accessibility HUB; the physical access route deserves the same plain statement as the digital one.
A short directory — utilities and billing, building and bylaw, roads and public works, taxes, records requests — each pointing at an office. Nothing in the Village's published material sets out which office handles which service, so this concept does not guess.
Village staff
Listed by the office, with the name the Village publishes shown underneath. Write to the role: it keeps working when a person moves on, and it does not strand a resident's message in a mailbox nobody reads.

One secondary source suggested this seat may currently be vacant. That is unconfirmed and is contradicted by the Village's own contact page. The address above reaches the office either way.

No contact form on this page
A form is only worth building once someone has decided who receives it, how quickly it is answered, and what happens to the message if that person is away. Until the Village decides that, an email address and a telephone number are more honest and more reliable. Adding the form later changes nothing else on this page.
